They had good songs, the kids were pretty, the ideas were new but everything aside,

The biggest reason seems to because they looked natural no?

Of course, they can’t stick to that concept days in and days out 

But sometimes, their styling just seems too over the top…

NewJeans all have pretty faces to begin with and the members are all babies so they are already pretty enough without excessive styling ㅠㅠ

I agree with this post. When NewJeans blew up with Attention and Hype Boy, of course, the quality of the songs played a role but I think that the teen girls’ freshness played the biggest role… they were naturally pretty without excessive styling and I hope they go back to doing that. I feel like no other group is doing that currently
