Group Seventeen is once again setting out to break a new K-pop record.

According to album distributor YG PLUS on October 23, the number of domestic and overseas pre-orders for Seventeen’s 11th mini album ‘SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN’ was 5,206,718 copies. This is the largest number of pre-orders for a K-pop album in history.

7. Wow daebak, but this can’t be helped. Unless they start setting up a limit, the fans will always want to break the previous record. And there’s always going to be other people who would want to break that record… There’s nothing we can do to stop this from getting higher..
