[theqoo] BLAKE LIVELY , “I MOCKED KATE MIDDLETON’S CANCER…IT WAS SHAMEFUL”

Hollywood actress Blake Lively apologized for mocking Britain’s Crown Princess Kate Middleton’s ‘Photoshop failure’ after hearing the news that she was suffering from cancer.

Blake Lively posted on her SNS on the 22nd (local time), “I’m sure no one cares today but I feel like I have to acknowledge this. I made a silly post around the “photoshop fails” frenzy, and oh man, that post has me mortified today. I’m sorry.” she wrote.

Recently, in celebration of Mother’s Day, the British royal family posted a photo of Kate Middleton and her three children, and suspicions were raised that they had been edited with Photoshop. The royal family acknowledged this fact and withdrew the publication of the photo.

On this day, overseas media such as AP Reuters reported that Kate Middleton had been diagnosed with cancer. Kate Middleton said on social media, “I had a major abdominal surgery in London last January and there were no suspicions of cancer. The surgery was successful, but cancer was discovered in the post-operative examination.” “The medical team recommended that I undergo preventive chemotherapy, and I am currently in the early stages of that treatment,” she explained.

Kate Middleton underwent abdominal surgery at a London hospital last January and was hospitalized for about two weeks, but has not been seen in public since.

1. It’s nice that she apologized

2. How can she say something like that when her job itself is about keeping privacy?

3. I like her attitude of acknowledge her wrongdoing and apologizing

4. Apologizing takes courage

5. Where’s the apology…?

6. Where’s the apology? Mocking someone’s cancer seriously needs something way bigger than this

7. It’s nice that she apologize, it’s a relief that she’s someone who knows shame

8. Meanwhile there’s a ton of people who haven’t apologized yet

9. Of course it’s nice that she apologized

10. ㅋ The reality is that people will gloss over those who mocked her and never apologize and go swear at the way those who apologized wrote their apology
